Simply stated, St. Clair & Associates, P.C. is a full service firm committed to providing closely held businesses and their owners the best possible service. Our goal is to be an active and vital part of your business and personal financial affairs. We are committed to developing a relationship with each client that will foster an understanding of that client's needs and-above all-to maintaining the highest accounting and ethical standards of our profession.
Since compliance with today's complex and ever-changing tax and business regulatory laws is difficult (and becoming more so), we assist our clients in understanding and applying these complex rules in their business and personal affairs. Our extensive and practical experience in both accounting and tax compliance gives our clients a two-fold advantage: we help firms successfully operate and expand, while minimizing taxes to retain profits. In other words, we help our clients make money - and keep it!
Since we recognize that many of our clients have specific needs beyond accounting and tax assistance, St. Clair & Associates, P.C. functions as a business advisor and plays a key role in decision-making transactions that have a financial impact on individuals and organizations. Our commitment to excellence is evidenced by the selection of our staff, our continuing education programs, research resources and an emphasis on quality control. To advance these efforts, we participate in the Quality Review Program sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and have always received and unqualified opinion - the highest awarded.
